A 50 year old lady home guard died on Friday morning after getting an electric shock in her house situated at Pratap Nagar.
The victim Dhannu Bai got electrocuted on Friday morning when she went to switch on the electric motor to pump water. But as soon as she touched the electric socket she got high voltage shock that caused her death.
Bai lived at her house situated near old RTO office and was a home guard posted at Surajpol police station, informed by police. The dead body of the victim was handed over to her relatives after postmortem.
