In its 100th year, Rajasthan Girls School for the first time is organizing open table tennis tournament for women & girls who are drawn to this sports. The 9-day tournament will be organized from 29th January to 6th February at Rajasthan Girls School for which the registrations have been started.
Tournament Coordinator Pushpa Kothari informed that there are four categories for the players’ viz. 25 to 40 years, 41 to 55 years, 56 to 65 years and 65 years and above. All those women who have played table tennis in their lives can relive the moments and also practice for the sports at the school’s court.
Co-Organizer Usharani Bhatnagar said that the top two winners will be given Rs. 2100 and Rs. 1100 cash prize. Also, all the participants will be provided with certificates from the school, as informed by Ganesh Dagliya, co-organizer.
