Emerging New Trends in Space Technology – a first of its kind seminar planned in Rajasthan, will mainly help in knowledge sharing on Space Engineering, and value addition for professional engineers and faculty as well as scientists working in various research organizations.
This seminar, the first of its kind in Rajasthan, is being organized at Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, in association with Space Society of Mechanical Engineers (SSME), ISRO, Ahmedabad.
As per Dr. Hemant Dhabhai, Director, Aravali Institute, this form of knowledge sharing will help engineers and industrialists in gearing up for future challenges in the field of Space technology.
He further added that satellite space subsystems development needs various levels right from raw material to a satellite in space. This seminar will highlight new trends in Space technology, viz.

- Reliability & QA activities for space subsystems
- Space deployable mechanism
- Satellite Earth-Antenna deployment systems, etc
