The judicial custody of all the accused of the high profile bribe case of mining department has been extended till 29th October after they were produced in the anti corruption court on Friday.
Besides this the hearing of the bail application of one of the accused Rashid will be held on 26th October as the case diary could not be produced in the court of Friday, said Public Prosecutor Om Prakash Mehta.
The advocate Kanchan Singh Hiran informed that bail application of Dhirendra has already been presented in High court. Along with that, two more bail applications of Sher Khan and of Sanjay Singhvi have been presented in high court and is waiting to be discussed.
On asking about spending their days in the jail, advocate Kanchan said that none of the accused has shared anything about the problems they have faced while their stay under judicial custody.
