Hardik Patel’s private security guard, Satish Kumar, was fined at Udaipur Airport for carrying arms. The penalty was levied as he was carrying a revolver and live cartridges in his hand baggage instead of placing them in his luggage. He was about to board the flight from Udaipur to Delhi when he was detected with live ammunition and caught.
CISF detected a revolver and 15 live cartridges and 2 magazines from him during regular frisking. CISF immediately informed airport authority at Dabok and police.
Satish had declared that he was carrying a revolver and live cartridges. He was however supposed to have kept them in his luggage and not his hand baggage.
